In case of a defect of these product groups, please call the service number above and request a return authorization number. Send the defective device to our service center in Falkenberg near Leipzig with this number. After a brief inspection of your device, we will send you a replacement device free of charge within the warranty period. The shipment of the defective device to the ELARABY service center is at the sender's own expense and risk.

The repair, as well as the required spare parts, are of course free of charge for you within the warranty period.
